We are closer to opening

The switch box that will send the electricity to all of the park has finally arrived and hopefully will be sending that beautiful power out on Monday.  I can hardly wait.  I plan to be the first person to spend the night in our park and then I hope we have a lot of people who want to share the space.  Doug and I are the only ones who have any doubts about the success of the park but then we are the ones who are on the hook for it's success.  I plan to put flyers out and we are listed on several RV travel sites.  I am so nervous and so excited at the same time.  If only Julie were here to enjoy this park with us, life would be perfect.

I recently seen ur RV park sign since detouring around from the road flooding. I had a few minutes to spare so I drove on down to ur site to check it out. I thought the building was an office but when I got up and went to see I noticed it's under construction and looks like it may soon be the laundry room. We are currently at another RV park and have been for several months. I'm just wanting to compare to see if your RV park would be a better fit for us. We do have two dogs which are at all times controlled. Either indoors, by leash or on a runner. I did read your amenity page but I'm not sure that I understand the electric part. I apologize this is my first fifth wheel and we have been here at the same park for almost a year. So I'm not experienced at this as some are 🙂
I would appreciate any clarification you are able to provide me with. Also any additional info is very much appreciated 😬
Thank you
Tasha

Hi Tasha, I am sorry that I am just now reading your comment on my website. I am really new at this blogging thing.

The building you are referring to is a laundry and the machines are in now but not quite operational as of this morning. I am hoping later today they will be.

The electricity is in the experimental phase but your monthly fee will include the first 800 kilowat hours of use and you will be billed at 15 cents per kilowat hour over that amount. Many parks restrict the use of space heaters and other amenities in the attempt to keep their power bills under control. We prefer to let you determine what you need for your comfort.

We do love dogs and have 5 of our own. Most of the time we manage to leave them at home when we go to the park but one of them insists that he is the park greeter. All dogs must be able to get along with him.

I hope you are enjoying your fifth wheel and the life style that comes with it. Please feel free to give me a call and drop by to see us and see if this would work for you. Sandi 918-521-9626

Grand Opening is Sunday, July 2, 2017, from 2-4. I hope to see you there.

Good luck on your opening! I root for the success of your park. The efforts you exerted on building that park will pay off once the people see your incredible creation. I expect that your park will showcase thrill and enjoyment to the visitors. I wish I can take a glimpse and pay a visit to your park soon. I'm sure that I will enjoy strolling there with my family. I also want to try all the activities you are offering.

I enjoy going to the park, but I have never experienced staying over the night and these are the reasons why. First, it is too dark to see anything. Even if I bring a flashlight, it won’t be enough for me to be able to see anything. Second, I have to be honest, I am a bit scared of the dark because I love watching horror movies, but I end up being haunted by it in my sleep and everywhere it is dark. It is a great thing that your park has electricity and can be visited during the night. It will surely feel much safer and longer hours of fun can be enjoyed.

Its like you learn my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, such as you wrote the eBook in it or something. I think that you simply can do with some p.c. to drive the message house a little bit, but instead of that, that is great blog. A great read. I'll certainly be back.

Hello,
I came across your ad on FB marketplace. I currently live in an apartment in Tulsa.....it's nice but not country iiving to say the least. I still have 7 months on my lease and trying to make plans. Do you happen to have any RVs for sale? At any rate, I am looking for approx. a 30 ft RV to put in a park …..like yours and live in it. I am rock solid with my payments and drug free and quiet....I like the quiet. Give me a holler!!!
